Welcome to FYTLOG (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FYTLOG mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By using FYTLOG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

FYTLOG provides a fitness tracking platform that allows users to log workouts, track progress, and access training plans.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the app

  • Use the Service in a way that could harm FYTLOG or its users

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions (FYTLOG Pro)

FYTLOG offers optional paid subscriptions (“FYTLOG Pro”).

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play

  • Available plans may include monthly and yearly options

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

  • All payments are handled by Apple or Google

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform you purchased through

  • We do not issue refunds directly

4. Free vs Paid Features

FYTLOG offers both free and paid features.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify feature availability

  • Add, remove, or change features

  • Adjust limitations between free and Pro tiers

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

FYTLOG provides fitness tracking tools and general training information.

We are not medical professionals, and the Service does not provide medical advice.

You agree that:

  • You use the app at your own risk

  • You are responsible for your training decisions

  • You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness program

FYTLOG is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

6. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you log (e.g., workouts, notes).

By using FYTLOG, you grant us the right to:

  • Store and process your data to provide the Service

  • Use anonymized data for analytics and improvements

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

  • Required by law

You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FYTLOG is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or use

  • Any issues arising from third-party services

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • All features will always be available

  • Data will never be lost
